In this faculty, the student will memorise the entire Qur'an by heart. He must be prepared to dedicate all his time to his studies. It takes between 1 to 2 years to complete the full course depending on the capability of the student. It will be preferable if the student has completed naazirah (looking in and reading) of the Qur'an at least once before attempting to become a Haafiz as it will be easier for him. |
